Altar Servers:
Altar Servers Needed!
We are in NEED of Boys and Girls to become Altar Servers. If your child is 8 years old or older please talk to them about serving the parish in this capacity.
An altar server assists in the celebration of Mass by ministering at the altar and participating in liturgical processions. Reverence and reliability are very important qualities for those interested. Boys and girls in the third grade and higher are eligible for this ministry.

Lectors:
A Lector is a devout member of the St. Andrew Community who is led by the Holy Spirit and is prepared, by way of prayer, study, and deep reflection, to PROCLAIM the Word of the Lord.

Choir:
Adults are welcome to join us in praise as we lift our voices in song to our God. This group leads the assembly at the 10:00 am Mass on Sundays. Rehearsals are on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:30 pm. Choir robes are provided for all Masses. See our Minister of Music, Stephan Pawl after any Mass for details or call 248-651-8466.
Teen Choir
Teens are used as cantors or formed to be a cantor group. All teens, if interested in leading the congregation as a cantor group will be required to audition. Please see the Minister of Music, Stephan Pawl, after any mass. Teens are also encouraged to join the 12-noon “Reflections of Grace” group.
Funeral Choir
If you’re available in the morning perhaps the Songs of Life Choir would be something for you to consider. This ministry offers you the opportunity to grow spiritually by showing your love and compassion and reaching out to grieving families. We host over 100 funerals a year. No rehearsal is required. Talk to our Minister of Music, Stephan Pawl, to get on the email list. Weekday funerals are normally at 11:00 am, and weekend funerals are normally at 10:00 am and Noon.
Contemporary Choir
Adults are welcome to join Reflections of Grace, our adult contemporary choir. Rehearsals are on Thursdays from 7:15 to 8:30 pm. This group leads the assembly at the 12:00 pm mass on Sundays.
